Quick AnswerTo check your IPO allotment status, visit the official registrar's website (like KFintech or Link Intime), select the IPO name from the dropdown, enter your PAN number or Application Number, and click submit. You can also check via the BSE or NSE official websites.
When you apply for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), the allocation of shares is not guaranteed, especially if the issue is oversubscribed. The process of distributing these shares to investors is known as IPO allotment.
There are three primary ways to check your allotment status:
1. Go to the registrar's official allotment link.
2. Select the company name from the active IPOs list.
3. Choose your preferred identification method: PAN Number, Application Number, or DP Client ID.
4. Enter the details, fill the captcha, and submit.
The allotment is typically finalized 3-4 working days after the IPO bidding closes.
If you don't receive an allotment, the blocked amount in your bank account via ASBA will be unblocked automatically.
